What We Offer

General Maintenance: We offer routine maintenance works to keep buildings in a good state of repair. These services include the cleaning of roof and wall cladding, repairing leaks and local damage and clearing of rainwater goods.


Sarnafil Systems: We are approved installers of Sarnafil roofing and waterproofing systems and employ this on new and refurbishment projects. Working in liaison with Sarnafil direct, we are able to provide high quality waterproofing solutions across a range of applications including flat and pitched roof systems of virtually any configuration.


Mansafe Fall Arrest Systems: We are able to coordinate technical services with regards to Mansafe roof safety systems for practically every working height requirement and over a diverse range of new and existing buildings. These systems allow continuous protection to persons working at height.


Maintenance Contracts: We provide annual maintenance inspections as an aftercare service for buildings completed by its associated company, Progressive Systems Ltd. The maintenance package is customised to the individual building and examines roof and wall cladding and rain water goods.


Miscellaneous Works: We also undertake any extra works as required such as forming openings and flashings for flues, doorways, windows and similar through industrial cladding.
